现为理学院院长,党委副书记,博士,教授,硕士研究生导师,浙江省中青年学科带头人,浙江省151人才工程第三层次人员;“运筹学与控制论”校重点学科负责人;理学院“控制理论、计算及其应用”科研团队负责人。主持并完成1项国家自然科学基金面上项目,2项浙江省自然科学基金项目,1项教育部留学回国人员科研基金项目、1项浙江省中青年学科带头人学术攀登项目和1项浙江省科技厅项目,作为第二参加人完成1项浙江省科技计划公益项目;现主持1项国家自然科学基金面上项目,作为主要成员参加1项国家自然科学基金项目。发表学术论文60余篇,其中被SCI、EI收录50余篇(其中SCI二区及以上以及SCI Top期刊论文10余篇,ESI高引论文1篇);指导(含合作指导)研究生20余名。现为中国系统仿真学会生命系统建模仿真专业委员会委员,中国控制会议(CCC)程序委员会委员,国际期刊IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics,Information Sciences,Applied Mathematical Modeling,Journal of Sound and Vibration,Nonlinear Dynamics,Ocean Engineering等以及自动化学报、控制理论与应用、控制与决策等国内期刊的审稿人。主要研究兴趣:研究方向:网络控制系统、结构振动主动控制、时滞系统、动态供应链系统分析与设计等。
